Krupinski, Joseph William2008-09-04 Joseph William Krupinski, 81, of Richards, MO passed away Thursday, September 4, 2008 at the Veterans Hospital in Kansas City, MO after a brief illness.Born in Sheridan, NY on November 10, 1926, Mr. Krupinski was the son of the late John P. Krupinski and Katherine (Kopacz) Krupinski. Mr. Krupinski served in the United States Army during World War II, being assigned to the Pacific Theatre and later stationed in Japan at the time the war ended. Returning from the war, Mr. Krupinski attended Automotive Engine and Transmission School in Kansas City, MO. His work kept him in that area until his retirement, when he moved to Arkansas and operated a business raising chickens. Later he returned to Missouri, residing in Richards, MO where he raised beef cattle on a farm. Mr. Krupinski is survived by his wife, Barbara; step-children, Walter L. Louck, Lathrop, MO, Erlene Reno, Mission, KS, Joy Sisseck, Nevada, MO, John Pruitt, Nevada, MO, Bill Pruitt, Nevada, MO, Daryl Pruitt, Nevada, MO, Betty Hudson, Springfield, MO, and Debbie Sisseck, KS; two brothers, John Krupinski of Fredonia, NY and Henry Krupinski of Silver Creek, NY; two sisters, Mrs. Felix (Helen) Fetter of Dunkirk, NY and Sister Monica Krupinski, SSJ of Clarence, NY. Mr. Krupinski is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers; Anthony, Michael, Peter, Frank and George Krupinski and four sisters; Agnes Krupinski, Mrs. Mary Mattingly, Sister Victoria Krupinski, SSJ and Mrs. Stephanie Mahoney. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Evergreen Memorial Chapel with services to be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 9 at Evergreen Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Richland Cemetery in Richards, MO. You may sign the memorial book Saturday-Sunday 12am-4pm and Monday 9am-4pm and on Tuesday prior to the service.
