Thomas Jr., Tommy Lee2005-03-03 Tommy Lee Thomas, Jr. was born July 17, 1986 in Kansas City, Missouri and passed away March 3, 2005 at Mashburn Residential Learning Center in Bolivar, Missouri at 18 years of age. Tommy was born with several birth defects which caused him to be unable to care for himself. This brought a number of people into Tommy’s life who loved and cared for him. Tommy was cared for by Joe and Barbara Pruitt from 1988 until 2002. During that time, Tommy attended Cedar Ridge State School where he made many friends. Since 2002 Tommy had been living at Mashburn Learning Center where he continued to receive excellent care. Tommy left a very special mark on all the lives he touched over the years. He is survived by friends and family who care and love him very much.Graveside services will be on Thursday March 10, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. at Moore Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
